Who We Are
UP. PPP Bina Marga is a work unit within the organizational structure of Dinas Bina Marga Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Established under Governor Regulation No. 153 of 2019 on Organization and Work Structure, the unit is responsible for carrying out investigation, measurement, and testing in the field of roads and bridges.
In fulfilling its functions, UP. PPP Bina Marga serves various types of investigation, testing, and measurement related to road and bridge construction, including:
- Asphalt and asphalt mixture testing
- Concrete testing
- Soil and aggregate testing
- Vertical profile measurement, uitzet (setting out), and peil control for roads, sidewalks, bridges, and roadside drainage channels
UP. PPP has been accredited as a Testing Laboratory (LP-253-IDN) by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN), consistently applying SNI ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards. The unit also implements the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) ISO 45001:2018.
Supported by competent human resources, UP. PPP Bina Marga is ready to serve investigation, testing, and measurement requests for government projects as well as private and community projects, with a commitment to professional service delivered with integrity, accountability, and timeliness.
